Faster Tracer


I added a simple Bounding Volume Hierarchy, yet it's a little worthless without a better way to read in files. I also changed the phong lighting a little bit to make specular show up even if it's totally reflective. I was checking the performance of certain parts to make optimizations and figure things out. I'm going to look into more ways of making it faster, but I think it might be more important to make it easier to make scene files.
